Aidan Crowley is a Los Angeles-based producer, director, and creative executive working at the intersection of storytelling, music, and culture. He has spent his career building things that feel authentic, projects that connect with people rather than just fill space.

He currently serves as Head of Production at WeRateDogs, leading the creative and execution of original series, branded campaigns, and digital content reaching tens of millions of people worldwide. His work there centers on building formats that are emotionally engaging and culturally resonant, across long-form storytelling, short-form social, and live experiences.

Before that, Aidan co-founded Legacy Content, a production company built around modern, platform-first storytelling. Through Legacy, he directed and produced content for major brands and artists, developing a reputation for work that actually moves audiences.

Alongside his production work, Aidan has spent years in the music industry as a manager and creative partner. Across his roster, including Ouse, Liam St. John (Big Loud), and Tyler Brash, he has helped generate over 300 million streams and booked more than 200 live shows across the U.S. and internationally. He continues to work closely with film composer Zachary "Rock" Burwell, developing projects that bridge music, film, and digital media.

He is now building Butterfly Effect Entertainment, a creative company focused on developing talent and producing original work across film, music, and digital. For Aidan, it marks a deliberate shift: an opportunity to work closer to home, on projects that are more intentional, more personal, and more aligned with the stories he actually wants to tell.
