Aidan Crowley is a Los Angeles-based producer, manager, and creative executive working at the intersection of music, film, talent, and culture. He has built his career discovering artists early, developing original stories, and turning creative instincts into projects with real momentum.

He currently leads production at WeRateDogs, where he develops and produces original series, branded campaigns, podcasts, and live experiences for one of the internet’s most beloved media brands, reaching tens of millions of people across platforms.

As a manager, Aidan has helped guide artists from early discovery to major label and publishing deals with 12Tone Records, Downtown Music, Big Loud, Capitol Records, and Warner Music. His roster has generated over 300 million streams and performed 200+ shows across the United States and internationally. His work has always started with the same belief: find something real early, protect it, develop it, and help it grow.

Through Legacy Content, Aidan produced a wide range of commercials, documentaries, music videos, social campaigns, and short films for brands and partners including ESPN, Converse, Puma, and Papa Johns. Across every format, his focus has remained the same: story-first creative that feels human, intentional, and built to connect.

Now, with Butterfly Effect Entertainment, Aidan is building a company around the projects and people he believes in most.
